Registration to the Annual Meeting and to the Wrap Party can be purchased at the same time.

 

ATTENDANCE

  • SECURE YOUR REGISTRATION AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE!

  • Due to the limited number of seats - In-Person registration will close when a maximum number of attendees is reached.

  • Registration to the Annual Meeting and tickets to the Wrap Party can be purchased through the online registration.

  • Attendance is by registration only.

  • In-person and virtual registrations are available.

  • Virtual registration will remain open till the end of the meeting.

OTS MEMBERSHIP

  • OTS Membership Fees (New members or renewals):

    • Professionals - $100

  • OTS Members or Non-members can register through the same registration platform.

  • New members and/or membership renewals can be processed on the registration platform (in this case please select the option “NEW or RENEWAL”) – the final meeting registration fee will be adjusted accordingly

  • Annual Meeting presentation recordings for on-demand viewing, available after the event and up to December 31, 2024.

  • Annual Meeting Virtual Platform connection including all presentation abstracts, poster gallery with in-person and virtual posters, networking platform connecting with both in-person and virtual attendees as well as all recorded Annual Meeting presentations.

  • Opportunity to participate in Q&A with presenters through messaging.

  • Certificate of attendance (will be emailed after the event).

Visa Invitation Letters

Invitation letters for visa applications are available for registered attendees. A link will be included in your registration confirmation email to access the online form. Upon submission of the completed form, the invitation letter will be emailed to you.


It is highly recommended to submit your visa application as early as possible. OTS Annual Meeting is not responsible for coordinating the applications with the local Embassies or Consulates. The decision to grant visas is at the sole discretion of the embassy/consulate where the application was made. OTS Annual Meeting cannot be held responsible for applications which are rejected.


Cancellation Terms and Conditions

​

  • Cancellation notification received prior to August 31, 2024, will be refunded minus a $50 cancellation fee.

  • No refunds will be granted for cancellation notification received after August 31.

  • No refunds will be made if no notification is received by the organisers.

  • Substitutions are allowed at all times.
