Meeting Agenda

  • How do I access the virtual meeting/online meeting portal?
    All registered delegates will receive an email with instructions on how to login to the virtual/online meeting portal 48 hours prior to the start of the meeting. Please check your email (and also in your spam folder in case) for this email to come from oligomeeting@oligotherapeutics.org
  • Will sessions be recorded and available after the meeting?
    All sessions will be available for on-demand viewing through December 31, 2024. The content of on-demand archive is dependent on allowance from speakers to rebroadcast their presentations in the on-demand archive. Recordings will be posted on the online portal within 36 hours after the live talk.
  • In what time zone is the event scheduled?
    Local Time for Montreal, QC, Canada – Eastern Daylight Time. If you are unable to watch the livestream in real time, all presentations will be recorded and posted in the online meeting portal within 36 hours of the live meeting. The recordings are available on-demand in the online meeting portal through December 31, 2024.
  • Do I have to be an OTS member to participate in the annual meeting?
    No, the OTS Annual Meeting is open to both members and non-members. OTS members benefit from a discounted registration fee. New or renewal member applications can be processed through the annual meeting online registration portal. More information on membership benefits can be found here.
  • What is the cost to attend?

  • Will there be poster sessions?
    There are two HOSTED Poster Sessions for in-person delegates. Virtual poster presenters will not have a specific poster session to ‘host’ their poster. Delegates can connect with the virtual poster presenters through the online portal.
  • How do I submit an abstract for a short talk, poster or award?
    The abstract submission portal is available ONLY for registered meeting delegates. You must first register to the annual meeting – the registration confirmation email will include a link to the abstract portal. Should you require assistance – please email oligomeeting@oligotherapeutics.org
